Refund Policy 

Returns or Refund (for all custom products such as Custom In-Ear Monitors or Custom Cables)

Orders will only be processed when full payment is made.

As most products are custom built to your needs or are on pre-order with a turnaround time that depends on the manufacturer, we are unable to provide you a refund or exchange.

However, if you should experience any issues such as fit, comfort or product serviceability issues, please contact us immediately and we will provide after-sales support for your product.

 For fit and comfort issues, you would be entitled to a free 30-day refit period (shipping not included for international customers) from the day you receive your product.



Returns or Refund (for in-stock products)

 In-stock products, are subject to a 20% restocking fee if a refund is requested. Refunds for in-stock products require that we receive the returned product in an undamaged and unblemished state, with full packaging and accessories.

 
Shipping Policy

To return your product, please contact us beforehand for us to advice on the next course of action.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will only be completed once we have received the item, checked and ensured that everything is in order.

 All items should be sent using postal service with tracking number to ensure your item is delivered safely. We do not take responsibility for any loss parcels during the return route to us.
